Peter is a lead partner based out of our Sydney offices, managing multiple specialised teams across financial advice, medical specialists, fiduciary services such as Perpetual’s Lifestyle Assist s and other support roles.
As well as managing people, Peter brings together all the resources needed to provide advice and aged care support services for our clients, including operations management and business-to-business sales and marketing.
Peter has been with Perpetual for five years. Prior to this, he spent over a decade working with accounting and legal practitioners for CPA Australia and The Tax Institute.
Peter is also a Director of several Not-For-Profit organisations which are responsible for significant physical and monetary assets.
Peter holds a Master of Business Administration (Business Law) and has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning. He also has a Foundations of Directorship from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Steve leads the Perpetual Private Client Advisory team in Melbourne, having joined Perpetual in March 2001. He has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector.
Steve holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning. He joined the financial services industry in 1999; his previous roles and experience include Investment Consultant, Private Client Adviser, Advice Manager and State Practice Leader.
Steve is available for all key interactions, presentations and strategic review meetings. He has extensive experience dealing with not-for-profit and high net worth clients. He is a highly proficient and experienced senior manager within the Financial Services Industry, with extensive experience in transforming advice delivery and client promoter scores within a National Private Client Wealth Management business. Steve is a recognised leader and coach with proven success of developing high performance teams that are client centric and a strong track record in being influential in scoping and leading strategic change within an advice business.
Steve also sits on the Community Council for Blue Day, a fundraiser event for Police remembrance in Victoria.
Daniel is a senior leader managing our QLD and NSW private client business. Daniel has over 19 years-experience in the industry with a total of 14 years in leadership, predominantly in advice. Prior to joining Perpetual, Daniel worked at several banks including 8 years at NAB.
In his role at Perpetual, Daniel has responsibility for the acquisition and service of clients by his team as well as sourcing and onboarding new advisers across the country having designed the adviser growth strategy. Prior to this he has also been the business lead on the professional services model program and adviser remuneration changes.
Daniel believes in the value and importance of advice in improving client outcomes and the role that advisers play in the process. He is well versed on all aspects of the industry and applies insights to the formation of our strategy.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has completed the F ASEA pathways to allow him to continue to hold an authority and advise clients.
Andrew is the Partner of SA’s Not For Profit division.
With over 32 years experience, Andrew specialises in advice to large complex organisations, family offices, not-for-profit clients and philanthropic trusts. He has a deep understanding of the unique needs and strategic objectives of not-for-profit organisations and helps his clients implement best practice investment policies. Andrew also connects clients to other parts of the Perpetual business, including Philanthropic services.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Andrew held senior adviser roles within commercial and private banking based in Adelaide for the last 9 years. Andrew has also held senior manager roles in institutional banking at JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland in Tokyo, Singapore, London, New York and Sydney over a period of 20 years.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Business (Finance), Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, is an accredited Self- Managed Super Fund adviser (SMSFA) and speaks several languages.
Chris is a Partner in Perpetual Private’s Western Australian office. He specialises in securing the financial futures of successful Australians.
In 2019, Chis was ranked number 29 in the influential Barron’s Top 50 Financial Advisers in Australia.
With over 25 years’ experience, Chris is an expert in looking after the complex advice and strategic wealth requirements of High Net Worth clients and their families. Chris also has a deep understanding of self-managed super funds and how to maximise super for enduring financial security in retirement.
Chris also looks after Health & Personal Injury clients, managing their Personal Injury Compensation Trusts to provide a better quality of life, medical care and peace of mind knowing a compensation payment will last long into the future.
Chris also helps clients establish Philanthropic Trusts to give strategically to charities by taking into account taxation and other factors in their giving.
Chris is a qualified Certified Financial Planner ® or CFP ® and holds a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University. He has also completed an Advanced Management Program from the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and is an Affiliate of AIM.
