WHAT’S INSIDE THE GUIDE? TAKE A SNEAK PEAK:
Risk is inherent in investing. But like most things in life, it’s all about balance.
We look at the risks built into the different asset classes and how you can achieve the right balance – for you.
We’re now in a world of ultra-low interest rates, making it virtually impossible to generate a return in real terms from holding cash.
We examine why some investors choose to move up the ‘risk spectrum’ and how to manage the extra risk involved.
Shares can provide both income and growth. However, with Australia representing around 2% of all listed shares, there’s a lot more to consider than the ‘two banks, a miner and a consumer staple’ that make up many Australians’ share portfolios.
We look at the benefits of a broader view of the sharemarket and its role in your portfolio.
