October 28, 2024. We refer to the distributions posted on the Distribution History webpage between 16 August 2024 to 19 September 2024. During this period, the Distribution History for this product incorrectly displayed duplicates of the September 2023 and December 2023 distribution records for WealthFocus Investment Advantage Pendal Property Securities for the 2024 Financial Year, and resulted in an inaccurate subtotal for the 2024 Financial Year. This has been rectified and the correct distribution history has been displayed on our website from 19 September 2024. The Distribution data summary included in this product page was not impacted.

The fund invests in the Pendal Property Securities Fund which is an actively managed portfolio of property securities designed for investors who want the potential for long term capital growth and income, diversification across a broad range of primarily Australian property securities and are prepared to accept higher variability of returns. The fund invests in property securities including listed property trusts, developers and infrastructure investments. The fund invests primarily in Australia but at times it may have some overseas exposure. Up to 15% of the fund can be invested in international listed property securities. Up to 5% may also be invested in unlisted property investments. The fund may also hold cash and may use derivatives. The fund may have assets that are denominated in foreign currencies. This means that changes to the Australian dollar relative to foreign currencies may affect the value of the assets of the fund. The fund's foreign currency exposure will generally be fully hedged back to the Australian dollar to the extent considered reasonably practicable.
