Getting started

What you can do in Vantage 

With Vantage, you can: 

  • Access important documents shared by your adviser or trust manager 
  • Securely upload documents to share with your adviser or trust manager (Important: You must not upload copies of your ID or documents where your Tax File Number is visible)  
  • Digitally complete forms relevant to your wealth management journey 
  • Additional features will be available in future releases 

Accessing your account 

Account activation (first time login):  

If you are accessing Vantage for the first time, follow the account activation steps outlined in your welcome email. You will need to complete this account activation through a web browser.  

To access Vantage: 

  1. Open the Vantage app or navigate to the login page on your web browser 
  2. Enter your username and password 
  3. Complete the multi-factor security steps

  • Modern web browsers (such as Chrome, Safari, Edge)
