Cloud platform enabling funding, securitisation, treasury and funds management
Our mission is to support the delivery of our client’s strategies through the provision of service excellence and digital solutions. Perpetual Intelligence is our cloud-based Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), with a holistic suite of products delivering workflow, automated data management and analytics. Our strategy is to enable the digital transformation of our banking and financial services clients to automate key finance, treasury, funding, credit, risk and investment processes.
We can help our clients to become more effective, enable them to become more efficient and scalable, obtain value for investment, while improving the risk of cyber security and maintaining compliance.
End-to-end solution for securitisation industry
Perpetual Intelligence can support securitisation transaction processes by digitising the whole transaction from end-to-end. From data ingestion, validation and integration to pool selection and deal assessment via the Deal Room the platform provides a single-entry secure environment for multiple parties to access deal data and related documents.
By bringing deal, portfolio or an entire balance sheet into the platform, issuers gain significant portfolio monitoring and investor reporting efficiencies through automation and workflow – streamlining multiple internal processes and all reporting that drive better investor engagement and transparency. Issuers also benefit from having an unparalleled data store (the Australian Data Warehouse) to benchmark against.
Investors benefit from using the platform with access to comprehensive reporting and market data for Australian asset backed securities a, collateral indexing, power analytics, management dashboards, and enhanced security that enables more efficient and effective investment processes.
