Our key services

Recently we announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Interfi, a privately-owned asset servicing technology business supporting the non-bank lending sector.

Interfi is an established loan servicing technology provider with over 15 years of experience and a purpose-built platform that supports new clients with the full life of loan experience - from settlement through to discharge. Interfi specialises in supporting clients on their digital transformation journey, as they transition from legacy technology to new cloud SaaS based platforms, integrated into the broader market ecosystem.

This strategic investment aims to support the growth of our Digital and Markets capability and is aligned with our mission statement to enable PCT, our clients, and the broader market to become more effective, efficient and economical, while managing the ever-increasing risk of cyber security.

Over time, combining Interfi’s platform with our Perpetual Intelligence ecosystem will strengthen our digital capability and expand our offering across the lending lifecycle, complementing our established fiduciary, securitisation and digital services.
