Sale of the Wealth Management business
Perpetual announces sale of Wealth Management business
Perpetual Limited has entered into a binding agreement to sell its Wealth Management business (PWM) to Bain Capital Private Equity, LP. Please see the ASX announcement for further information.
As part of a reorganisation ahead of the planned sale, Perpetual Investment Management Limited, the responsible entity of the PWM managed investment schemes, proposes to retire and be replaced by Perpetual Trust Services Limited, another company within the Perpetual Group. Please see the Notice to Unitholders, including the Explanatory Memorandum, for further information in relation to this change.
