About the 2024 Graduate Program

As a Perpetual Graduate intake for 2024, you will complete two rotations in real roles doing meaningful work across our Wealth Management and Corporate Trust business units. At the end of the twelve months, you’ll have completed six month rotations across these two business units.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for the Perpetual Program, we require you to meet the below criteria. You must:

  1. Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of submitting this application.
  2. Have completed your undergraduate or post graduate degree within the last three years of the program start date (ie 2021, 2022 or Feb 2023)
    Have a credit or above WAM/GPA.

While many of our past graduates have studied business, commerce, accounting or law, we welcome applications from a wide variety of disciplines.

You enjoy solving problems, aim to keep learning throughout your career and have both drive and empathy. To compete in the world we live in we want graduates who are adaptable, have high IQ and high EQ. People who enjoy hitting high targets and setting the next ones even higher.

As a Fordham Graduate, you will be based in one of our specialist accounting teams and work on real projects from day one. You will be supported to commence your Chartered Accounting qualification during your program.
