Giving Australia 2016
The Giving Australia 2016 research project was commissioned to provide critical information about philanthropic behaviours, attitudes and trends. As the largest ever research initiative of its kind in Australia, it is a landmark study for Australia’s not-for-profit sector, community and policy makers.
Giving Australia 2016 was commissioned by the Australian Government, Department of Social Services as an initiative of the Prime Minister’s Community Business Partnership. Research findings
The first tranche of research findings from Giving Australia 2016 have been released, covering a range of philanthropic topics from individual to business giving and the challenges facing not-for-profits. This research builds on the information gathered during Giving Australia 2005.
