Important notice for members of Perpetual Private SuperWrap and Perpetual Small APRA Fund Service
On 8 May 2024 Perpetual Limited announced that it would create a standalone global Asset Management business and separate its Wealth Management and Corporate Trust businesses.
Your superannuation trustee is Perpetual Superannuation Limited (‘PSL’) which will remain a subsidiary of Perpetual Limited and is not part of the transaction.
Nothing has changed in the oversight and management of your superannuation fund. All member investments remain safe and secure and beneficial ownership of your assets remains with you.
As trustee, PSL will continue to act in members best financial interests and will keep you updated on matters that are relevant to your benefit in any fund.
