Rob Adams will become Managing Director and CEO of Perpetual Limited on 24 September 2018. Chris Green is interim Chief Executive Officer until that time. Geoff Lloyd remains available to Perpetual until 31 October to ensure a smooth transition.
Chris joined Perpetual in 2006 and has held the roles of General Manager Trust & Fund Services and from 2008, Group Executive Corporate Trust.
Before Perpetual, Chris was with JPMorgan where he spent 9 years in London as Vice President, Account Management & Analytics of Institutional Trust Services and a year as head of that business for the Australasia region.
Chris is Chairman of the Australian Securitisation Forum and a member of the Advice Board of the Financial Services Council. He is currently completing a BA in Philosophy at the University of London.
Geoff joined Perpetual in August 2010 as Group Executive of Perpetual Private and led the development and implementation of the growth strategy for this business. He took on the additional responsibility of Head of Retail Distribution in September 2011 and was appointed Managing Director and CEO in February 2012.
Geoff was previously General Manager of Advice and Private Banking at BT Financial Group following the Westpac Group merger with St.George Bank. Before the merger, he led St.George's wealth management portfolio. He held many senior positions at BT Financial Group, including Chief Legal Counsel and Head of the Customer and Business Services Division.
Geoff is the Chairman of the Financial Services Council, an Advisory board member of The Big Issue and the Patron of the Financial Industry Community Aid Program. He is a Patron of Emerge Foundation and is also Chairman of the University of Technology Sydney Law Advisory board.

Gillian joined Perpetual as Group Executive, Transformation Office in October 2012, and became Chief Financial Officer in January 2013. Gillian oversees Perpetual’s finance, IT and risk functions, which include audit, legal and company secretariat.
Gillian has 20 years’ experience in finance, strategy and management roles across a number of industries. Most recently, she was Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Westpac Institutional Bank, responsible for finance and strategy, and before that, Chief Financial Officer Australia and New Zealand for Citigroup. Gillian also served on the board of Hastings Fund Management as a Non-Executive Director from 2009 to 2011.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting & Finance, and a Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce, majoring in Economics, both from the University of Otago, New Zealand. She is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
David joined Perpetual in April 2017 as Group Executive, Perpetual Investments. In this role, David is responsible for leading the end-to-end business of Perpetual Investments, Perpetual’s specialised asset management division. This includes the investment management team, product, operations and distribution.
David has more than 20 years’ experience in asset management, wealth management and investment banking and a deep understanding of the local and global financial services landscape. Before Perpetual, David spent six years as CEO of Count Financial after initially joining the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in the role of General Manager for Wealth Management and Strategic Development.
Prior to this he held COO positions at both Neuberger Berman and Liberty View Capital where he was responsible for managing a number of multi-billion dollar hedge funds. He has also held roles at Aetos Capital, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs.
David attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, completing a Bachelor of Economics degree in 1989. David has also been a board member for Alzheimer’s Australia NSW since 2015.
Mark joined Perpetual as Group Executive, Perpetual Private in November 2012. At Perpetual, he leads the Group’s wealth business, which includes the philanthropic, trustee and high net worth advisory businesses, as well as Fordham, a business specialising in accounting and advisory services to business owners.
Mark has over 20 years’ financial services experience, gained predominantly at BT Financial Group, Westpac’s wealth management arm. Most recently at BT Financial Group, he held the role of General Manager of bank distribution and insurance, with responsibility for approximately 1.5 million customers and over $2 billion in gross written premium. Before this, he also held the role of CEO of BT Funds Management New Zealand and headed BT's market platform business.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University, and is a recipient of the David William Fellowship Award. He is also an Associate of the AICD and an Associate of Finsia.
Rebecca joined Perpetual as Group Executive, People and Culture in August 2012. Rebecca is responsible for delivering leading people solutions to support the employment and development of Perpetual’s employees, ensuring Perpetual has the right people and capabilities to deliver its strategy. Her role encompasses the company’s human resources, performance, talent, recruitment, employee development and improvement functions.
Rebecca has extensive experience as a senior executive in the financial services and consulting industries in strategy, HR and general management roles. Before joining Perpetual, she held a number of executive positions at National Australia Bank (NAB) in both functional and operational roles, including human resources, strategy, integration, and direct sales and service. Prior to NAB, Rebecca was a Senior Executive in Accenture’s financial services practice.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a change management qualification from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales, Sydney. Rebecca is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Kylie joined Perpetual in 2013 as General Manager of Marketing and Communications, and in July 2016 was announced Group Executive, Marketing.
Kylie is responsible for the Group's brand, reputation and digital strategies and is the custodian of the digital client experience. In her role Kylie oversees the brand, media, communications, marketing, digital and events functions that serve as key enablers of the Group's strategy.
With a proven track record in building and leading high performance teams and deep experience in transaction communications, she is also skilled in issues and crisis management.
Kylie has more than 20 years’ experience at a senior management level in marketing, brand management and corporate communication primarily in the Australian financial services sector.
Before Perpetual, Kylie held a number of senior roles with the Westpac Group including Head of Marketing and Head of Corporate Affairs for Westpac’s wealth management arm (BT Financial Group) and Group Head of Internal Communication, where she oversaw the communications strategy for Westpac’s 35,000 employees.
Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts, Communications and whilst at BT was awarded the prestigious David Williams Fellowship.
