As a specialist financial adviser, he has been providing tailored financial and strategic advice to Medical Specialists and HNW clients since 1989. For the first 18 years of his career, Phill worked as a financial adviser in the UK, before emigrating to Australia with his family in 2008.
Prior to moving to Australia, Phill held senior management and advisory positions in two of the UK's largest financial institutions. In 2000, he was a founding partner in one of the UK's largest privately owned Independent Financial Advisory firms.
Due to his extensive experience, Phill is a highly sought after presenter on financial matters at conferences and seminars, where his presentations are always well received due to his ability to explain complex financial strategies in ‘plain English’.

Warren has been providing financial advice to clients since 1990 and has been involved in the financial services industry since 1985.
Prior to establishing his own practice in 1990, Warren worked for one of Australian's largest financial institutions, providing training services and technical assistance to many of Australia's pre-eminent financial advisers. Warren has also held senior product development positions within another of Australia's largest financial groups.
Today, as a specialist financial adviser to healthcare professionals and HNW clients, Warren works closely with clients to help them build and protect their wealth by designing and implementing strategies that dovetail with their personal and financial goals. This often involves working hand in hand with a client’s tax accountant and estate planning lawyer to achieve end to end financial solutions.

Simon is a renowned specialist in providing strategic advice regarding risk mitigation and investment management to both the Not-for-Profit Endowment Sector and to Medical Specialists.
Simon completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Genetics with honours before serving for a decade as an operational police officer first in London and then Brisbane. During that time, he became fascinated by finance and investment; eventually completing a Master’s Degree in Applied Finance.
