Prior to moving to Australia, Phill held senior management and advisory positions in two of the UK's largest financial institutions. In 2000, he was a founding partner in one of the UK's largest privately owned Independent Financial Advisory firms.

Warren has been providing financial advice to clients since 1990 and has been involved in the financial services industry since 1985.
Prior to establishing his own practice in 1990, Warren worked for one of Australian's largest financial institutions, providing training services and technical assistance to many of Australia's pre-eminent financial advisers. Warren has also held senior product development positions within another of Australia's largest financial groups.
