Kyle joined Perpetual Private in July 2014 and is responsible for the investment research capability, leading a team of highly experienced researchers across the Perpetual Private Direct Equities Team and Perpetual Private Investment Research team. Prior to this role, he was General Manager - Research & Operations for Perpetual Investments, where he managed key ratings house relationships and maximised rating outcomes across all funds and asset classes.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Kyle managed research house relationships for NAB Wealth, covering all MLC and nabInvest boutique fund managers. Prior to that, Kyle was Research Manager with ThreeSixty, MLC's adviser services division, covering direct equities, alternatives and structured products, with responsibilities for Approved Product Lists, model portfolios of both direct equities and managed funds as well as management of the direct equities research team.
Kyle earned his Bachelor of Accounting with Distinction from the University of Technology, Sydney (1997). He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Practising Accountant.

Andrew works closely with advisers by providing specialist investment knowledge on Perpetual’s investment process and strategy implementation, focusing on delivering optimal solutions to our stakeholders and partners. This is further augmented by his provision of transparent and accessible knowledge of financial markets and asset classes both globally and locally.
Having spent 15 years in London, Andrew returned to Melbourne with a wealth of international experience to benefit Perpetual’s clients and partners. Having started his career working on private equity transactions and stock market listings, he then spent time working on equity trading desks, before moving into investment management. In his role as a Portfolio Manager for Barclays Investment Solutions, Andrew managed money across multiple asset-classes on behalf of various client groups, before focusing on the charity and not-for-profit segment. With responsibility for as much as £3bn in assets, he developed a strong reputation for delivering robust investment performance linked to his comprehensive understanding of global investment markets.
Andrew is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Theo joined Perpetual in June 2003 and is responsible for the external manager investment process, including manager research and selection, portfolio construction and sourcing new opportunities across various asset classes.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Theo was a Portfolio Manager for Optimix Investment Management, ING’s multi-manager group. At Optimix he was responsible for Australian Equity manager research and selection, portfolio construction and tactical asset allocation.
Theo holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Hugo joined Perpetual in May 2016 as a Senior Research Analyst with a focus on hedge funds and credit opportunities.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Hugo was a Portfolio Manager—Alternatives in IOOF’s multi manager business. Hugo was responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of hedge funds, private equity, private debt and infrastructure. Prior to becoming a portfolio manager, Hugo was a Senior Research Analyst at IOOF with responsibilities in alternatives, asset allocation and international equities. Hugo was also a Research and Performance Analyst at AM Corporation which was subsequently acquired by IOOF.

David joined Perpetual in May 2015 as a Research Analyst within Perpetual Private’s Investment Research team. David is responsible for fund manager research across real estate and infrastructure, and supports the team’s efforts on ESG, Responsible Investment and Impact investment
Prior to joining Perpetual, David was an investment research analyst with ANZ where he was responsible for undertaking fund research across global and Australian equities, real estate and infrastructure as well as a range of alternatives strategies.
Prior to joining ANZ, David held roles with MLC and Liquid Capital Markets across a range of investment related functions including investment strategy design and implementation, asset allocation, derivatives and fund manager selection. He has contributed to the design and development of investment portfolios incorporating a range of asset classes and investment strategies used by national financial advice networks.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Economics and Politics & International Relations from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional. Additionally, David completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Company Directors Course in 2017 and attained his Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation in 2018.

Nicholas joined the Investment Research team in July 2015 as a general Research Analyst. Since that time he has primarily worked across Alternatives and Australian Equity investments. Nicholas joined Perpetual as a Paraplanner in November 2013 via The Trust Company and was primarily responsible for the management of Estate and Trust portfolios within the Advice Delivery team.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Nicholas held a similar investment advisory role within the Investment Management department at The Trust Company. Prior to joining The Trust Company, Nicholas was an Equities and Derivatives Advisor at BBY Ltd and StoneBridge Group and was responsible for advice delivery, strategy, trade execution and risk management across both domestic and international asset classes.
Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Computing with majors in Information Systems and Computer Science/Software Development and a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance, Marketing and Business Systems Implementation from Deakin University. Nicholas is also a graduate of Perpetual Investment’s Investment Analyst Program (Diversified) and is currently a candidate in the CFA Program.

Thomas joined Perpetual Private’s Investment Research team in November 2017. Thomas is responsible for fund manager research across fixed income and direct hybrids.
Thomas joined Perpetual as the Operations Manager within Perpetual Private’s Advice Delivery team in December 2014 where he was responsible for leading the administration teams, implementing process improvement and developing numerous business projects.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Thomas held roles with the Macquarie Group and Dental Corporation, across a range of financial services functions, including adviser services, superannuation, trade execution, asset transfers and accounting.
Thomas holds a Master of Financial Analysis from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Economics and Finance, Advanced Business Leadership) from the University of Western Sydney.

Sarah joined Perpetual Private’s Investment Research team in May 2019 with a primary focus on global equity investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Sarah was an investment research analyst at Morningstar Australasia where she was responsible for undertaking fund research across global and Australian equities, fixed income, real estate and infrastructure and a range of multi-asset and alternatives strategies.
Prior to joining Morningstar, Sarah worked as a key account associate for Challenger, supporting investment strategy sales to the wholesale market across annuities and the Fidante boutique investment range, and as a business development manager at Rainmaker Information.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from Macquarie University and attained the Charter Financial Analyst designation in 2018.

William joined Perpetual Private Investment Research in July 2016 and is currenting working as a Quantitative Analyst where he is responsible for performance reporting, strategic analysis and data management.
Throughout his role, William works with Portfolio Managers, Investment Analysts and Financial Advisers within the business, as well as IT partners externally to ensure the quality and consistency of investment reports, through the active management of data flows.
William completed a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) (Honours I Phys.) at the University of Sydney in 2015, with majors in Advanced Mathematics and Physics, with a minor in Computer Science. He made his finance debut at Perpetual, aiming to apply his mathematical and technical background to a new industry.

Mylee joined Perpetual in 2017 as an Investment Operations Manager within the Perpetual Private Investment Research team and is responsible for the investment operations, governance and investment implementation processes for the team.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Mylee was an Implementation Manager at BT Financial Group responsible for the delivery of projects, compliance and training for the Corporate Superannuation Distribution team within the Superannuation division. Prior to that, she held a number of roles within the BT Financial Group including management accounting and product management roles.
Mylee is a Certified Practising Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Management) from the University of Sydney.

Stephen is responsible for Perpetual Private’s direct equity investment and research capability, including stock selection and ongoing management of direct equity investment portfolios for clients (as managed accounts, or on an advisory basis). He provides detailed input on direct equities – company analysis & research, recommendations and portfolio structuring, and leads a team of five investment analysts across most key equity sectors.
Stephen has spent more than twenty years as an equity market specialist. Prior to joining Perpetual, he spent four years as a Senior Investment Analyst at Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) in the domestic equity funds management team. He was primarily responsible for covering sectors such as Financials, Healthcare, Food & Beverage and Building Materials. Stephen also spent considerable time as a Senior Research Analyst at Macquarie Group, where he specialised in Banks and Diversified Financials.
Stephen’s academic qualifications underpin his extensive experience. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Macquarie University), is an Associate of FINSIA and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Institute).

Simon joined Perpetual in 2017 as a Research Analyst within Perpetual Private’s Direct Equities team. He is responsible for research of the Consumer staples, Retail and Telecom sectors, as well as small companies.
Previous to Perpetual, Simon spent 2 years at Commonwealth Private within CBA managing the portfolios of ultra-high net worth individuals. Prior to this Simon spent 8 years with Credit Suisse as an equities research analyst in both Australia and the UK. Part of this was spent researching ASX 100 companies for clients of the Private bank as well as spending time as a sell side equities research analyst in the investment bank. Simon spent 3 years in London covering European Tech, Media and Telecom sectors.

Daniel joined Perpetual in 2011 as a Research Analyst within Perpetual Private's Direct Equities team. He is responsible for research of the Resources, Other Materials (building materials and chemicals), Energy and some Industrial sectors.
Daniel joined Perpetual after 4 years with Constellation Capital Management, a boutique funds manager, where he had responsibility for researching the Consumer Staples, Agriculture, Utilities and Telecommunications sectors.
Prior to Constellation, Daniel worked for Hoyts Corporation where he was Group Accounting Manager responsible for financial reporting and modelling of capital investment opportunities.
Daniel has completed the CFA program and holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) and a Master of Commerce (Finance and Accounting), both from the University of Sydney.

Stella joined Perpetual in January 2007 supporting the investments team on direct equities and managed funds research. One year into the role, Stella was promoted into a Research Analyst position with greater focus on direct equities. Since then, Stella has covered Financials, REITs, Telecommunications, Consumer Staples and Discretionary. Her current focus is on Healthcare and Small Companies.

Damen joined Perpetual in 2018 as a Research Analyst within the Perpetual Private’s Direct Equities team. Damen joined Perpetual following four years at Clime Investment Management, a boutique, value-oriented wealth manager, specialising in high net worth clients. At Clime, Damen had responsibility for ex-ASX 50 (mid-sized company) stocks, as well as many of the team’s quantitative processes.
Damen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Commercial Law) from the University of Sydney and is a CFA Charterholder.
