Richard joined Perpetual in 2007 as Director Sales and Relationship Management, and has been General Manager Sales & Relationship Management, Product & Strategy and Marketing since 2011.
Richard has more than 23 years’ experience in banking and financial services, with deep sector knowledge in debt capital markets and managed funds.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Richard was the Vice President, Head of Relationship Management at BNY Mellon’s Corporate Trust Division in Sydney and previously spent eight years at JP Morgan in London.
Richard is a Director of the Australian Digital Commerce Association.
Rod Ellwood is General Manager — Debt Market Services and has responsibility for all debt market transactions.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the securitisation and debt capital markets industry.
Prior to joining Perpetual in September 2013, Rod was Senior Manager, Structured Funding at ANZ Group Treasury, which is part of the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. He was responsible for securitisation funding including the development and execution of the first covered bond issue in Australia.
During his earlier career, Rod was General Manager Finance and Treasurer of RAMS Home Loans, and was also involved with the establishment of RAMS Home Loans.
In 1998 he founded Longreach Global Capital Pty Limited which was Australia’s first independent asset backed conduit where he served as the CEO for nine years, before returning to the mortgage industry as Treasurer of Bluestone Group until he joined Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited in 2008.
Rod has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a number of postgraduate qualifications in securitisation.
Vicki Riggio is General Manager, Management Services, Perpetual Corporate Trust having responsibility for trust management, accounting and investment management services offered to the debt capital markets and managed fund clients in Australia and offshore.
Prior to this, Vicki was the Head of Wholesale Trustee responsible for the delivery of trustee services to a portfolio of funds in excess of $40bn, primarily supporting offshore investment into Australian real assets through Managed Investment Trust structures. She has also previously been responsible for Perpetual’s debt markets trustee operations and ongoing trustee compliance arrangements. Having worked in the financial services industry for close to 20 years, Vicki has extensive experience across a variety of asset classes and trust structures with knowledge across tax, law and accounting.
Vicki is a Responsible Manager for the Australian Financial Services Licences held by Perpetual and has a Bachelor of Land Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Sally Arthur is General Manager, Operations. She is responsible for leading the project to upgrade ABSPerpetual.com to meet the RBA repo-eligibility requirements.
Sally joined Perpetual in 2007 and was formerly Business Unit Head of the Loan Servicing business. She also previously managed Perpetual's Lenders Mortgage Services (PLMS) operations in Adelaide following the acquisition of Wignalls Lenders Mortgage Services.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Sally worked at St.George Bank for over ten years in various operational roles, including the responsibility for the back office functions related to Cash Management with over 200 people in her team. Sally has a wealth of experience in the areas of banking operations, payments, banking technology, project management and legal agreements.
Sales & Relationship Management Team
Glen is Head of Sales and Relationship Management at Perpetual Corporate Trust with responsibility for business development for the Managed Funds and Debt Markets sectors covering Australia, Europe and the America's. His strength lies in developing client relationships and business development strategies - skills he has honed over his 20 years in the financial services industry.
Glen has expertise in establishing fund vehicles for local and global fund managers across a broad range of asset classes. Prior to this Glen was based in Singapore for 5 years as Senior Vice President where he was instrumental in growing our Asian trustee business, primarily responsible for assisting our clients list on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Johnny Francis is a Sales & Relationship Manager for Perpetual Corporate Trust with responsibility for business development, predominantly for the managed fund services.
Johnny has 11 years of corporate experience in financial services and accounting practices. He joined Perpetual in July 2014 to work in the Debt Capital Markets team and then moved to the Responsible Entity team as the dedicated on-boarding manager. Johnny joined the Sales team in March 2017 and has significant experience in our Managed Funds business, including Responsible Entity Services working with fund managers setting up funds in the Australian market.
Johnny holds a degree in Mathematics from Exeter University in the UK and is a Chartered Accountant.
Greg White is Sales and Relationship Manager and is responsible for business development and relationship management primarily within the debt capital markets.
Greg has deep expertise and relationships in this segment having worked with Perpetual Corporate Trust for over 14 years in the Corporate & Structured Finance team, Transaction Management and most recently in the Sales & Product team as Product Manager, overseeing new markets and product development.
Prior to working at Perpetual Greg worked at ANZ Institutional Bank in relationship management and credit analysis, Bendigo Bank and Monte Dei Paschi Di Siena (Italian Merchant Bank).
Greg has over 21 years’ experience in the banking and financial services sector.
Kevin Hill is a Senior Sales and Relationship Manager in the Perpetual Corporate Trust team. Kevin is responsible for business development and relationship management focussed on the debt capital markets and data services.
Kevin has built strong relationships and accumulated many years of experience working in sales and relationship management roles for financial institutions in Australia.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Kevin managed ADI relationships at FIIG Securities, government clients at NSW Treasury Corporation and wholesale corporate and institutional clients at Societe Generale, Goldman Sachs, JB Were and the Commonwealth Bank.
