Remuneration and Performance

Perpetual’s Board nominated remuneration committee is the People and Remuneration Committee (PARC). PARC oversees the human resources and remuneration arrangements, policies and frameworks that apply to Perpetual employees.

As part of the annual full year financial statements, a Directors’ Report is prepared – which contains the Remuneration Report. This Report includes:

  • comprehensive information on the nature and amount of remuneration paid to key management personnel
  • information on the link between policies and company performance
  • details of performance hurdles, and
  • the actual remuneration that has been paid to key management personnel.
