Adam Quaife
Chief Distribution Officer – Asset ManagementAdam was appointed Chief Distribution Officer for Asset Management in January 2023 following the acquisition of Pendal Group. Prior to that he was Head of Global Distribution having joined Perpetual in that role in December 2019.
Adam is responsible for the end-to-end Global Distribution function, leading the Perpetual Group’s sales and marketing strategies across all markets and channels.
Skills and experience
Adam has 25 years of industry experience in leading and developing international distribution teams, including extensive coverage of institutional, intermediary and consultant channels.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Adam spent 18 years with Franklin Templeton, where he held a variety of senior roles, including CEO of the Central Eastern Europe, Gulf & Eastern Med business, and Co-CEO of Templeton Asset Management Ltd in Singapore. Other notable roles included Head of Distribution Australia, where Adam opened the Australian operation for Franklin Templeton’s Global Advisory Services division, and also Head of Institutional for Australia & New Zealand.
Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Adam held business development roles at AXA Australia and Colonial First State.
