You will be provided with career development and the support you need every step of the way.

We support programs such as Women in Banking & Finance, Mentoring for Success, Financial Services Council Future Leader Awards and Perpetual’s Inspiring Women’s Forum because we are passionate about developing future leaders. We understand that success relies on recruiting and retaining talented and motivated people.

Perpetual has a diverse business and we seek graduates from a wide variety of disciplines every two years for our Biennial program.

The Graduate Program is challenging and rewarding. I've been encouraged to forge my own path. I feel I've developed skills to take me to the next level in my career.

Our Graduate Program

Accelerate your career

Not everyone knows where they are headed when they leave university so we offer graduates a variety and breadth of experience. We give you an opportunity to explore different roles and learn what you enjoy.

You will generally complete four rotations of six months’ duration; however, this may vary depending on which of our divisions you join. We will discuss this and your preferences with you during the recruitment process.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape your personal brand within the organisation and build the skills to fast track your career.

Lead. Extend. Explore.

In addition to building your knowledge in your chosen area of study, during the program you will also have the opportunity to participate in regular development activities which will enhance your leadership skills and widen your business and commercial acumen.

All learning programs link with our broader suite of personal and leadership development programs, so you can continue learning as your career progresses at Perpetual.

Access to leading expertise

You will be supported throughout the program by a mentor who will be a senior manager in our business. For each rotation, you will also have a ‘buddy’ to help you get to know your new team and business division. Being an intimate and tailored program, you will also have direct access to our senior leaders through regular scheduled events.

It’s not just all about work – there will also be regular events where you can meet and socialise with your graduate peers and network with other colleagues in the company.
