Code of Conduct

Perpetual’s Code of Conduct applies to all directors, executives and employees and is designed to assist them in making ethical business decisions. It is supplemented by a range of written policies dealing with our obligations to maintain confidentiality of client and company information, avoid conflicts of interest, ensure full and timely disclosure of material, price sensitive information to shareholders and the market, provide a safe workplace for our staff which is free from discrimination and other matters.

Perpetual also has a Whistleblowing policy to protect employees who make good faith reports of wrong doing, prejudice or disadvantage. As part of this policy, an independent third party has been engaged to provide a confidential hotline for Perpetual employees who prefer to raise their concern with an external organisation.
