 Summary of Managing Director's Contract

The board reviews both board and committee performance annually. This process aims to ensure that individual directors continue to contribute effectively to the board’s performance.  The board’s performance evaluation process includes a formal review of the board’s overall effectiveness, including its committees.  The results are then evaluated and presented to the board. 

 A board evaluation was completed in September 2005 which consisted of a formal self evaluation with the chairman reviewing with each director their individual performance. The evaluation process for 2006, conducted with the assistance of an independent advisor, is in progress and scheduled for completion in November 2006.
