The Perpetual WealthFocus Super Plan (Super Plan) offers investors the choice of over 50 investment options from a wide variety of managers. There are six different investment categories, ranging from Australian shares to international shares, property, income, cash and diversified. How to consolidate your super

If you have other superannuation accounts, you may wish to consolidate your superannuation into one account with the Perpetual WealthFocus Super Plan. This will help you manage your super more easily and may save you on fees and charges - although you should check if any exit or transfer fees may be incurred from your other superannuation accounts before you make a decision. How to exercise choice of fund

It is easy to direct employer contributions and your own personal contributions into the Perpetual WealthFocus Super Plan.

Existing WealthFocus members

If you are already a Perpetual WealthFocus Super Plan personal member, simply complete and submit the Perpetual WealthFocus Super Plan 'Choice Nomination Form & Complying Fund Letter' to your employer.

New WealthFocus members

If you are not a Perpetual WealthFocus Super Plan investor, you will need to read the Product Disclosure Statement (Part 1) and Product Disclosure Statement (Part 2) and complete the Perpetual WealthFocus Super Plan Application Form. When you receive your welcome letter for the Super Plan, simply complete and submit the Perpetual WealthFocus Super Plan 'Choice Nomination Form & Complying Fund Letter' to your employer.
