This business comprises the cash, fixed interest, mortgage, property and infrastructure funds management activities for Perpetual’s institutional and advised customers. It also comprises our select multi-manager and balanced fund management activities.

This business encompasses the following teams:

Property securities
Manages funds that invest in listed property related securities and/or unlisted property funds that provide income and long-term capital growth.

Direct property
Focuses on building a portfolio of high-quality industrial, commercial and residential property which provides income and long term capital growth for investors.

Mortgages
This team’s approach to investing in mortgages is to invest in quality first registered mortgages with the aim of providing investors with a secure investment and regular income.

Infrastructure
This team’s function is to invest in a broad-based portfolio of unlisted infrastructure project companies with the aim of providing investors with stable, long term capital growth and strong cash yields.

Multi-manager
This team’s products offer a comprehensive range of investments using an approach that offers investors diversification across a different asset classes, regions and markets as well as across a range of specialist investment managers.

Cash and fixed interest
This team invests across a broad range of income focused asset classes to provide diversification and/or low volatility for investors.

Balanced funds
This team manages a diversified portfolio of assets which provides investors with the choice of investment strategies such as high growth, conservative or balanced.
