Cathy Doyle Ms Cathy Doyle joined Perpetual in December 2006 as Group Executive People & Culture. In January 2008 she took on the role of Group Executive, PI Business Services. Ms Doyle has experience in human resources, organisational development, strategic planning, change management, employee relations and learning and development. Cathy has held senior roles in the People and Culture space at Qantas Airlines, the Commonwealth Bank and NRMA. She has also held senior roles in the IT, manufacturing and education sectors, all centred on alignment of people to business strategies and models. Ms Doyle has a Bachelor of Social Science, Graduate Diploma of Psychology, Graduate Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, and an MBA. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management, Australian Human Resource Institute and Australian Institute of Psychological Type. Ms Doyle is also a director of Odyssey House. |
