On-Market Buy-back for 750,000 Ordinary shares

The Board of Directors of Perpetual Trustees Australia Limited today resolved to proceed with an on-market buy-back for the purchase of up to 750,000 ordinary shares.
Shares purchased under this buy-back will commence on the completion of the current buy-back, which has a small number of shares outstanding to purchase.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.8A we enclose a copy of Appendix 3C setting out details of the intended on-market buy-back.
