Announcement - Perpetual and Commonwealth Bank of Australia in discussions regarding Symetry Ltd

Perpetual Trustees Australia Limited is currently in discussions with Commonwealth Bank of Australia regarding the sale of its holding in Symetry Limited.
A number of alternatives in relation to the purchase by Commonwealth Bank are being explored, but at this stage no agreement has been reached whether or not to proceed with the sale.
Further information will be provided once a decision has been confirmed.
