An update on our International Share funds

Perpetual Investments has partnered with Wellington Management Company, LLP (Wellington Management) to manage the Perpetual International Share funds, giving clients access to a world class manufacturer of international equities products.
This follows a review of Perpetual’s offshore international equity management capability. The review looked at all aspects of our international equities capabilities from a client point of view. As a result of the review, it was decided that we would move away from running the Perpetual International Share funds in-house, and close our Dublin-based equities business, PI Investment Management Ltd. That choice was taken as a result of our aim to provide clients with excellence in funds management.
Wellington Management is a highly-trusted and well-resourced investment management firm, with a process and philosophy that fits strongly with Perpetual’s business and values. They have over 500 investment professionals in 11 cities around the globe, all focusing on providing the best in global funds management.
It is important to note that these changes require no action from clients, and our fees associated with the Perpetual International Share funds will remain the same. The Perpetual International Share funds continue to be our responsibility and we will continue to operate, distribute and service the funds.
