Our property strategies follow the same process and philosophy as our Australian equities approach.

Our disciplined approach is based on bottom-up stock selection focused on quality and value. Our in-house fundamental research is combined with experienced and prudent portfolio management.

To enhance our in-house research process, we have a formal arrangement with global property specialist, Jones Lang LaSalle, to provide regular property market research and tailored research. The objective of this is to create an information advantage at all stages of our investment process that will enable us to identify areas of opportunity (both tactical and strategic) and potential risks.
