Are you an institutional investor?

To be an institutional investor, you must be a wholesale client as defined in Section 761G of the Corporations Act 2001, where at least one of the following applies:

  • the minimum value of your investment is $500,000
  • you are investing on behalf of a business that is not a small business
  • an accountant has certified that you have net assets of at least $2.5million or your gross income for each of the last two financial years is at least $250,000
  • you are a professional investor.
