- Q. What do you mean by ‘outsourced financial planning arrangement’?
- A. Simply, it is an arrangement whereby a team from Perpetual Private Clients provide financial planning advice and services to your clients at no cost to your practice. This referral partnership has been created for accounting firms, legal practices or business development professionals who could benefit from offering clients a total financial solution.
Typically your clients would meet with one of our advisers at your offices, or this can easily take place at Perpetual’s offices or a mutually convenient location. Other interested parties such as legal practices should contact the Private Clients Regional Manager in their state. - Q. How does your Referral partnership work?
- A. Perpetual Private Client Referral Partnership is a very flexible arrangement: when you have a client who requires financial planning advice simply contact us and we arrange with you to meet the client and commence the process. If and when a plan is written and the client commits to the directions set out in the plan there are a number of staff who assist in the ongoing servicing of that client.

- Q. Are there terms and conditions that apply to a Referral partner arrangement?
- A. A referral relationship with us is flexible and undemanding yet there are terms and conditions that formalise the business arrangements between us. - Q. Can I ensure my clients remain mine?
- A. Your client always remains yours throughout the entire financial planning process and any ongoing service we provide. We perceive our services as an adjunct to yours as a truly outsourced arm of your business. We have a 35 year history of dealing with clients of accounting practices and through a recently integrated financial planning business (Wilson Dilworth, purchased in 2001), take pride in our professional relationships both with referral partners and their clients.
