We look to invest in property trusts with proven business models run by experienced property professionals. They should have effective capital management, sustainable debt levels, and derive the majority of their income from quality properties with quality long term tenants.

We conduct detailed research on the trusts and their property holdings, as well as the overall market. This includes analysing sector exposures, geographic locations, tenancy profiles and opportunities for management to add value through development, refurbishment and disposal.
