Our track record speaks for itself

Perpetual currently administers over $30 billion on behalf of thousands of individual clients, trusts, estates and DIY Super funds. We have refined our asset administration and management processes over many years and today continue to provide consistent and reliable asset custody and administration services.

As the Trustee of your DIY fund, Perpetual must meet competency and capital adequacy standards set by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (‘APRA’) and will be responsible for the administration, management and compliance of your fund.

Our simple in-house solution extends from the creation of your fund to administering your member benefits, fund assets, tax and regulatory needs.  This leaves you free to tailor your fund to provide the benefits most appropriate to your needs.

Upon appointment, we can act as trustee of a new fund that we establish for you or become the trustee of your existing DIY fund. Each member may have a range of different accounts within the fund providing for a range of lump sum and pension benefits.  In some cases your fund may also maintain reserves.

Superannuation and retirement income streams are subject to taxation.  A DIY super fund provides you opportunities for sophisticated retirement and financial planning strategies including capital gains tax management.

For most Australians, superannuation forms a significant part of their accumulated wealth.  The Trustee Service allows you to retain more control over your retirement capital and can play a key role in your estate planning arrangements.
