National Contact Centre of the Year (team less than 50)
Perpetual are pleased to announce that our Client Services team has been named National Contact Centre of the Year (in the category for a team of less than 50) by the Australian Teleservices Association (ATA) at the 2007 ATA Awards.
Perpetual had previously won the NSW State Award for a Client Services team of less than 50 staff, and then went on to win the National Award at the ATA Awards night held in September 2007.
The ATA is the call centre’s industry body whose mission is to promote professionalism, growth and ethical behaviour within the call centres across Australia. Perpetual's Client Services team were judged on of a range of criteria including customer service standards and procedures, training, leadership and technology.
